Limited Warranty:

INSECO, Inc. warrants that WOOD Rx ultra will protect against graying due to ultraviolet light exposure for five (5) years from the date of purchase if applied to a properly prepared surface according to label directions. This warranty does not cover graying due to wear from foot or vehicular traffic nor does it cover wood which was water damaged prior to product application. If WOOD Rx ultra fails to perform as specified, INSECO, Inc. will, at its option, provide replacement product or a refund based on a prorated warranty period. Claims must be made in writing and accompanied by proof of purchase. INSECO, Inc. will not be responsible for labor or the cost of labor for removal or application of any product or any incidental or consequential damages whether based upon breach or express or implied warranty. This warranty does not cover problems caused by alteration of this product, improper storage, abuse, accident or negligence. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
